Tech Support at odd hours
I received a phone call this morning (12:30 am, to be precise) on both my business phone as well as my cellphone – it was from a guy in Hawaii who wanted Tech Support for his desktop computer. I am, first off, quite pleased that someone from as far away as Hawaii felt that he could trust me with his computer concerns and I was glad that I was able to assist him with his computer questions. As it turned out, I wasn’t able to solve his issue over the phone – I suggested that, if his issue persisted, he might want to take his computer to a local repair shop.
Even with all of my locally based ad campaigns, I am quite pleased that my advertisements are reaching as far as Hawaii.
