Repairing my HD

I’m running my Hard Drive repair program on my malfunctioning 1 TB hard drive – it has already discovered that the Master Boot Record was damaged, so there is a chance that I can salvage the drive as well as the attached data. I’m letting the repair run all night, since repairing a 1TB hard drive will take a while, and will check the results in the morning.
Replacing hard drives

The hard drive that I store my image backups on seems to have failed, so I went to Office Depot and bought a replacement 1 TB Drive – I’m prepping it for installation now. The drive I bought has such good speed & cache ratings, there’s a chance I will buy a 2nd one. Since my local Office Depot closed a few minutes ago, I will need to wait until tomorrow before making my purchase.
